Took your advise and tried out your VA. so far, my VA has been able to exceed in whatever i threw at him. social media management, PPC marketing, MS Excel, email marketing, webmaster service, remote PC support, admin work... nice!! the guy even loggedinto my PC and setup the Acronis backup system in 5 min (i was tinkering with it for the last 5 days without success). The founder is an Indian and worked with my colleague before. Been with them for 5 months now and my online business has done wonders with them around. For $7, they actually provided me with 2 VA backups and when the primary VA left for 2 weeks, i got the most astoundingly seamless transition i could think off. mind you, my VA works fulltime for me and she handles roughly 18 tasks on a daily basis. The backup VA took over without a hitch. 1 month and i did not even needed to wag a finger. Brickwork was a disappointment and so was GetFriday. they stood me up, walked me around and generally gave me the feel that they are big and i am small. I was happy with both the parent company and the sister company. The commenter above has given a statement that wrong address has been entered on the package. Generally they print the address that the customer's write in the shipping address column and its very much automated. This is crazy to think that our sister's would be like us.
